First-Come, First-Serve Policy

By decree of the Brethren of the Coast, all custom trailers and ships are constructed in the strict order of logged gold deposits. No cutting in line—neither for the King's navy nor the fiercest pirate admirals. If you sleep on your deposit, your vessel remains a skeleton of pine in the yard!

Trailer Build Status & Production Queue

At Grindhead Coffee Trailers, each trailer is a custom-build, and many times to the customer's additional specifications. Because every build is unique, production times can vary depending on design complexity, parts availability, inspections, and transportation schedules.

To provide transparency, we maintain a production queue showing the order in which trailers are being built. All trailers are processed on a first-funded, first-built basis unless otherwise noted by a written agreement. 

What Your Queue Position Means

Your position in the queue reflects the order in which your project entered production. While the queue helps illustrate overall progress, it should not be interpreted as an exact completion date. Some trailers may require additional fabrication, specialty equipment, inspections, or customer-requested modifications that can affect build timelines.

We understand the excitement associated with awaiting for your Coffee Ship and the desire to get started booking events & simply ache to know more. However we ask, to ensure our production team remains focused on building trailers rather than responding to repeated status requests, we ask customers to reference this production queue as their primary source for updates.

We are committed to delivering a quality trailer rather than rushing a build to meet an arbitrary date. We would rather take the time necessary to ensure your trailer is built correctly, safely, and to the standards you expect.
